What You’ll Do:
- Apply wizardry through modeling customer behaviors by evaluating account behaviors and creating marketing recommendations.
- Processing and analyzing customer data and marketing.
- Creating numeric analysis of consumer behaviors.
- Producing various reports including cross-sell modeling, segmentation, retention modeling and trending analytics.
What You’ll Need:
- Self-starter mentality
- Expert knowledge or experience working with Transact-SQL with the ability to create and resolve complex SQL queries
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, MS product suite, Address IQ and Match IQ from First Logic is favorable
- Required knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to problem solve and a desire to learn
- Associates orBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field preferred

What You’ll Do:
- Set-up, execute and report on client digital advertising campaigns.
- Work with Account Executives on client digital advertising campaigns.
What You’ll Need:
- Self-starter mentality
- Strong internal drive to be an individual contributor and accomplish your action items
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve and a desire to learn
- Experience managing either Google Search Ads or Programmatic campaigns
- Related certifications are highly relevant
- High attention to detail

Pay We offer competitive industry salary with discretionary year-end bonus. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with education, skills, and experience.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) You are eligible for our ESOP retirement plan when entry dates and requirements are met.
401(K) As a employee-owner, you will be automatically enrolled into the our 401(k) retirement plan at a 6% contribution rate to help secure a happy and healthy future.

Health Savings Account (HSA) If you are on the company medical insurance plan and open a health savings account, we’ll match up to $1,000 per calendar year to help with deductibles, prescriptions, contact lenses, etc.
Other Insurance We offer group term life insurance, short-term disability insurance and long-term disability insurance. Cost is zero! At the employee-owner expense, voluntary group term life insurance is available.
