Our Story

Officially founded by Ralph Haberfeld in 1989, what started as a bare-bones operation in one employee’s townhome has steadily evolved into the thriving employee-owned firm we are today.

Though we have grown to more than 85 employee-owners, we have steadfastly maintained our startup values: A collaborative and innovative atmosphere, plenty of room for individual development, an open-minded approach to problem-solving, and an emphasis on family and community.

Our company continues to grow due to the caliber of our people. There’s a reason why so many employee-owners stay with us long-term, and why they refer their friends for our open positions. It’s because everyone at Haberfeld is heard, valued, and treated with respect—whether they’ve been with us for one day or 20+ years.
